You can add as many requests as you’d like in the backlog and we typically get to them within 1-2 business days. If they are mid-size tasks you might get 15 checked off in a month. If the tasks are small then you could have 30-50 tasks completed in a month.
No meetings can be schedule after the introductory call. All communication is done via our project management system. To create an efficient process we make it simple for you to add, modify, and clarify requests.
You have full control of your task backlog. Once a task is submitted, an size estimate will be added and you can reorder tasks as much as you’d like.
We are great for companies that have solo administrators or need to fill a gap during a hiring process. We are not a replacement for a full time marketing/sales operation manager.
We understand you may not have enough admin work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two admin requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
To avoid abuse, clients can only pause once a month.
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the task until you’re 100% satisfied.
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Larger projects are best done by full-time employees or consultants who take the time to truly understand your business.
Mini Admin is focused on the daily small task that build up in the backlog. We clear up the small tasks to keep you and your team free to tackle the big projects.
Migrations between systems, intensive data cleanups of thousands of records, or custom coded websites are some examples of larger projects.
Any submitted tasks will be reviewed and if they are too large they’ll be denied or given recommended breakdowns into smaller tasks.
At this time we support HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, and Monday.com. You can always ask as we have a growing number of tools under our belt.
Absolutely. Mini Admin does not cover the following work: custom API integrations, apex coding, documentation, custom coding pages or emails, copywriting, SEO, or creating paid ads.
